We're a small, tight-knit team. We care deeply about our clients and about doing the job right. We're hiring an Associate Advisor to own a portion of our client relationships and grow with us long-term.What You'll DoYou'll take primary ownership of a defined set of client relationships, handling their planning, communication, and service needs. You'll also support our lead advisor across the full client book. Day to day, that looks like:Managing ongoing client relationships, including quarterly meeting prep and follow-upHandling portfolio rebalancing and identifying tax-loss harvesting opportunitiesKeeping CRM records current with clear notes and action itemsFollowing up on transfers, paperwork, and pending client itemsAssisting with annuity reviews and prospect re-engagementParticipating in client events and educational workshops
