Zone Specialist Part Time

The Retail Zone Specialist assists customers and helps to maintain the store appearance. The Retail Zone Specialist is responsible for all aspects of customer service, merchandising, and store maintenance, with primary focus on their assigned store zone.

Primary responsibilities include ensuring that all products within the zone are merchandised and recovered per the visual merchandise standards, being knowledgeable of current promotions and advertisements to answer customer questions and drive sales, assisting with receiving the truck, pricing items, merchandising product, and recovering the store, and maintaining the assigned zone in a neat and organized fashion and completing additional responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent preferred, ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis, and a positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Physical requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds, and ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
