All Positions Class 1 Truck Driver - Wood Chips Full-Time in Creston, BC - Mid Level - Sutco TheClass 1 Truck Driveris responsible forthe safe and efficient transportation of wood residualfibreproducts throughout theKootenaysand surrounding regions. This roleoperatesSuper B and Quad configurations, conducts vehicle inspections, secures and transports loads, completes electronic logging and compliance requirements, and ensures equipment ismaintainedto the highest standards. Schedule:Monday to Friday with rotating day and night shifts, allowing you to be home daily.Additionalweekend work may be available based on operational requirements. Additional Compensation:Overtime pay after60 hours, paid chain-upand wait time Responsibilities Conduct pre and post trip inspections on equipment operated, ensuring safety, road worthiness and regulatory compliance. Load and unload wood residualfibreproducts in a safe and efficient manner. Ensure safe transportation of freight by securing goods while loading and unloading. Tarp vehicle using manual or auto tarps as available. Chain-up vehicle based on road conditions. Complete all electronic recordsregardingworking hours, vehicle status and maintenance records using the industry’s best fleet management system, ISAAC. Ensure trucks are left clean and safe at the end of each shift.
