Site Superintendent

Timeless Construction is Wilmington, NC's general contractor specializing in land development, commercial builds, remodels, and upfits. We have earned a reputation for building beautiful commercial structures within Southeastern North Carolina. As we are expanding, we are seeking an experienced Commercial Site Superintendent. PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITY Execute field construction ensuring on-time completion, zero safety incidents, and quality work meeting specifications while maintaining positive subcontractor relationships. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Direct daily field operations coordinating all trades ensuring productive workflow and adherence to project schedule Conduct daily safety inspections and toolbox talks ensuring 100% compliance with Timeless safety standards and zero incidents Manage subcontractor performance monitoring quality, productivity, schedule compliance, and resolving field issues within 24 hours Maintain site logistics including material deliveries, equipment placement, temporary facilities, and access/egress Document daily progress with photos, daily reports, and workforce tracking in Sage Construction Management Coordinate quality inspections with QA Manager and third-party inspectors ensuring timely scheduling and pass rates Communicate proactively with Project Manager on progress, issues, changes, and schedule impacts daily Job Type: Full-time 401(k) 401(k) matching Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Experience: Superintendent: 5 years (Required) Commercial construction: 5 years (Preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr
