Human Resources Specialist
As a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST at the GS-0201-14 some of your typical work assignments may include:
- Draft, revise, and edit DoD level issuances and guidance based on senior leadership direction for staffing, review, and issue by DoW leadership.
- Research and provide information and recommendations with minimal oversight in response to questions from NAF Employees, DoW NAF employers, and DoW leadership involving NAF Human Resources.
- Attend, participate in, and lead meetings and working groups to provide information and technical expertise regarding NAF Human Resources policies and practices.
- Independently review and analyze emerging laws and regulations to determine potential applicability to NAF HR operations and functions.
- Review and interpret data related to NAF HR Programs and operations and utilize results to recommend updates to leadership regarding policies and guidance.
