Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license for the state of Florida, or eligibility for licensure
• Prior experience working in school settings or with school-aged children is strongly preferred
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to create a supportive and inclusive environment for diverse student populations

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders across the K-12 spectrum
• Deliver individualized and group therapy sessions to help students achieve their academic and social goals
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support student IEPs and progress monitoring
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and case files in accordance with district and regulatory standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions to ensure comprehensive student care
