Employment Type: Full-Time

Shifts: 1st and 2nd

Pay: $16.50 - $18/hr

You arrive ready to keep production moving. Early in your shift, you help load and unload incoming materials so the team can hit its production goals. As the day progresses, you assemble and take apart components using hand and power tools, operate basic shop equipment to support the line, and step out to the yard to organize materials, clean work areas, and keep pathways clear. Throughout it all, you follow safety procedures, maintain a tidy workspace, and jump in to assist wherever your supervisor needs an extra set of hands.

• Safely loading/unloading materials and finished goods
• Assembling and disassembling parts using hand and power tools
• Operating basic production tools and equipment
• General yard tasks: cleanup, organization, and material handling
• Adhering to safety protocols and keeping work areas clean
• Tackling additional duties as assigned by supervisors

• Experience in manufacturing or other physically demanding work (preferred)
• Comfort working outdoors and in changing weather conditions
• Familiarity with hand and power tools
• Forklift exposure is a plus, not a requirement
