CDL A Driver

Wil-Sites Truck Lines seeks a career-minded Transportation Manager with a Class A CDL to oversee our New England Market. Employees in this position serve as the local field representation for our company. As such, the candidate for this position must have a strong work ethic, superb customer relations skills, an ability to make appropriate independent decisions, and a desire to build and lead a team of professional drivers. Benefits: Earn $1,300 - $1,600 per week Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Health savings account Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance ​ Primary responsibilities include but are not limited to: Supervising our local team of employees Overseeing and providing a safe, secure, and efficient delivery service for our customers Ensuring the proper upkeep of company vehicles and equipment Keeping and submitting an accurate daily work log for the drivers assigned to them Scheduling and ensuring routine vehicle maintenance services and coordinating Emergency repairs when they arise Acting as an auxiliary driver in the event of a primary driver's absence (PTO, Family/medical leave, new hire training, etc.) Training employees and processing new hire enrollments Requirements: Valid CDL A License Be at least 25 years of age Have 3 years of class a commercial driving experience Have reliable transportation Be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen Have a current medical card Have an accurate and up-to-date accounting of your last 10 years of work experience Wil-Sites Truck Lines offers competitive wages based on experience and is an equal opportunity employer.
