Job Description Job Description Description: *As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Provide advice & support to the Resident and their families. *Monitoring Resident and administering medications and treatment. *Document Resident Care services by charting in resident & department records. *Protect Resident & staff by adhering to infection control policies & protocols. *Resolves Resident problems & needs by utilizing multidisciplinary team strategies. *12 hour shifts 7:00 am & 7:00 pm - 7:00 pm & 7:00 am Requirements: *Should work well in a team environment. *Current License Practical Nurse (LPN) License in the State of Alabama. *Long Term Care / Rehab experience preferred. *Excellent communication skills.
