Head of Partnerships (Founding Team)

The Role We're looking for a Head of Partnerships to build our partnerships function from scratch. You'll be one of our first ten employees and will work directly with the CEO to identify, pursue, and close strategic partnerships that expand what we can offer our customers and unlock new revenue streams. Think: wellness brands, health tech, and other adjacent categories where a Lyv integration creates real value for both sides. This is a zero-to-one role. There is no existing partnerships playbook, no inherited pipeline, and no team to manage yet. What you’ll find instead is a strong core platform, a growing customer base of wellness operators, and a massive opportunity to build something that didn’t exist before. This is an excellent opportunity for someone entrepreneurial who wants to take partnerships from zero to one— and grow quickly as the company scales! What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end partnerships function: from identifying targets to structuring deals to launching integrations Build and manage a pipeline of strategic partnership opportunities across wellness brands and other adjacent categories Lead outreach, negotiations, and deal-closing with prospective partners Work directly with the CEO to define partnership strategy and prioritize opportunities based on revenue potential and platform fit Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, and operations to ensure partnerships launch successfully and deliver value Track and report on partnership-driven revenue and key metrics Lay the foundation for a scalable partnerships function as the company grows This role is based in NYC (midtown) three days per week in office, the rest remotely. You have a bias toward action and know how to close without overcomplicating A strong communicator and relationship-builder. You can build trust with external partners quickly Comfortable in ambiguity. You can operate without a fully defined playbook and make smart judgment calls Commercially minded.
