NOW HIRING – CNC Machine Operators!!!!!

Elgin, IL

We are currently hiring CNC Machine Operators to join our growing manufacturing team! This is a great opportunity for candidates with machine operator, production, warehouse, or manufacturing experience who are looking to grow their skills in CNC machining.

No extensive CNC experience required — training is available for motivated and dependable candidates!

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor CNC production machines
• Load raw materials and keep machines running efficiently
• Perform basic machine setups and product changeovers
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, gauges, and micrometers (preferred but not required)
• Perform minor troubleshooting and report machine issues
• Maintain clean and safe work areas
• Follow production schedules and safety procedures

Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, production, or machine operator experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
