Sales Account Manager

To support a leading restaurant loyalty and marketing platform, the full-time Sales Account Manager will own and expand relationships within major customer accounts, lead complex enterprise renewals, and identify growth opportunities while working remotely. Key responsibilities Lead the end-to-end renewal strategy for a portfolio of customers, ensuring retention and revenue growth Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and guide renewal conversations aligned with business goals Identify and close upsell opportunities within existing accounts by collaborating with cross-functional teams Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in renewals, strategic account management, or customer growth within a SaaS environment Experience in restaurant, hospitality, or QSR software or technology, with a focus on loyalty and marketing platforms Proven success in leading complex, high-value renewals and expansion opportunities Strong executive presence with the ability to negotiate with VP and C-level stakeholders Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM tools to inform account strategy
