Senior AI Transformation LeadGuardian Life is seeking a Senior AI Transformation Lead to drive execution of high-impact AI initiatives across the Financial Protection, Retirement Solutions (FPRS) and Client Wealth Management (CSWM) businesses. This individual will own end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products focused on our highest-value processes—such as underwriting, claims and servicing, advisor productivity, and operations automation—to accelerate growth, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience.Unlike traditional product roles, this position sits at the intersection of business strategy, product management, and AI execution. You will translate enterprise AI strategy into tangible solutions, partnering closely with data science, technology, and business teams to move from opportunity ? use case ? production deployment at speed.Success in this role requires operating with urgency, navigating ambiguity, and delivering measurable outcomes in an environment that blends startup pace with enterprise complexity.This role reports to the Head of AI Strategy & Transformation and is a senior individual contributor position with significant visibility across executive leadership.You will:Own end-to-end delivery of AI-enabled products, from opportunity identification through deployment and scalingTranslate strategic priorities into product roadmaps with clear, measurable business outcomesDrive execution across cross-functional teams (data science, engineering, operations, and business)Lead design and delivery of AI/GenAI solutions, including automation, human-in-the-loop workflows, and digital experiencesPartner with data science and AI teams to develop, deploy, and scale models in alignment with enterprise data and AI standardsDefine end-to-end data requirements and product workflows aligned to value stream goalsManage dependencies, risks, and cross-team coordination to ensure on-time deliveryPartner with business and Value Stream Leaders to define business value, redesign processes, and enable adoption through effective communication and outreachContinuously improve business processes using data, AI, and automationDefine and track product OKRs aligned to value stream objectivesBuild business cases and own value realization post-launchInfluence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authorityLead change management and ensure organizational readiness to support successful adoptionYou have:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experienceA minimum of 10 years of experience in product management or a related fieldProven experience in defining and driving product roadmaps, integrating customer research, and ensuring compliance with data/AI standardsStrong knowledge of product journey mapping, business process improvement, and OKR management.Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projectsExcellent communication and teamwork skills with the ability to influence others and work effectivelyAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlinesRequired skills:Continuous Improvement ManagementObjectives and Key ResultsProduct Road MapProduct VisionUser ResearchLocation:New York City (Hudson Yards)3+ days onsiteSalary Range:$152,290.00 - $250,195.00The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
