Mid-Level Developer

About the role

Join a mission-driven cybersecurity team supporting national defense operations. We are seeking a Mid-Level Developer skilled in offensive capability development for Windows environments to support the DCART program at Ft. Belvoir, VA. You'll be part of an elite team advancing cybersecurity operations and research.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain custom offensive capabilities in Windows environments.
• Design and implement secure software solutions and integrations.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning for C/C# applications and BOFs.
• Collaborate with operators to analyze and enhance tool performance .
• Support research and development of exploitation techniques and countermeasures .
• Participate in Agile/Scrum sprints, documentation, and code reviews.
• Apply security and reverse-engineering techniques to assess software vulnerabilities.
• Ensure all development adheres to DCART security and compliance standards.

Job Requirements

• Must-Have Skills:
• Proficient in C, C#, and Beacon Object Files (BOFs).
• Must pass the DCART developer aptitude test.
• Experience with offensive capability development in Windows environments.
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance required.
• Desired Skills:
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge in one or more of:
• Host or network forensics, incident response, red teaming, penetration testing, and SOC analysis.
• Malware development, reverse engineering, vulnerability research, or exploit development.
• Advanced cybersecurity certifications such as OSEP, OSEE, GXPN, or GREM.
