Nurses care for a diverse patient population, build strong clinical skills, and collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams in a department that values professional growth, compassion, and meaningful patient connections.A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role:You'll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator. You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.Documents patient care provided in a timely and accurate manner.Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.Assists patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, elimination, nutrition, ambulation).Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs).Assesses learning needs and delivers age-/culture-appropriate patient and family education.Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.Participates in unit and organizational performance improvement and required continuing education.Provides quality patient care and works other shifts/units as needed; may be assigned on-call.Performs other duties as assigned.Applicants should have a current state RN license. Additional requirements include:Associate's Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferredBasic Life Support certification is required within 14 days of hire.Requires one year of nursing experience.Schedule: Part-Time PRNWe believe that investing in our employees is the first step to providing excellent patient care.
