Order Picker – 2nd ShiftWe are seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious Order Picker to join our 2nd shift operations in a food manufacturing environment. This role is essential in ensuring the timely and accurate handling of materials and finished goods while maintaining strict food safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Review scheduled receipts and shipments dailyEnsure accurate receipt of materials, including raw, packaging, and co-pack productsVerify outgoing shipments match the bill of ladingComplete required paperwork and forms for material receipts; enter data into Sage ERP systemConduct quality checks on materials (color, moisture)Stage outgoing shipments and unload/store finished goodsCoordinate with the Logistics team for timely deliveriesActively participate in the company's safety program (AWAIR), including meetings and training sessionsPromote and maintain a safe working environment compliant with all regulatory and company standardsAdhere to Food Safety and Quality objectives, including compliance with FDA and Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification standardsPerform other duties as assignedRequirements:1+ years of experience in a food manufacturing or FDA-regulated industryValid Forklift LicenseProficiency in using ERP systems (experience with Sage ERP preferred)Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safetyAbility to work around moving machineryPhysical requirements:Ability to stand, lift, and bend for 95% of the workdayAbility to squat/crouch and push/pull 33% of the workdayAbility to twist, grasp, and turn for 50% of the workdayWhat We Offer:Competitive pay at $21/hourStable 2nd shift positionTraining and growth opportunitiesA team-oriented, safety-first cultureIf you're a dependable worker with warehouse experience and a commitment to food safety and quality, we want to hear from you!
