The 2nd Shift Blender is responsible for accurately blending raw materials and ingredients according to specified formulas during the second work shift. This role ensures product quality and consistency by adhering to established production schedules and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Measure and blend raw ingredients following precise formulations
• Operate and maintain blending equipment safely during the 2nd shift
• Monitor blend quality and adjust as necessary to meet standards
• Document blending activities and maintain accurate production records
• Collaborate with quality control and production teams to resolve issues
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation protocols
• Report equipment malfunctions or production delays promptly
