XPO is Now Hiring Pre-Existing CDL-A Team Drivers in Chicago Hts, ILEarn $0.974 per Mile, Split - Drop & Hook Freight4 Days on/3 Days Off - Dedicated Routes

Top Pay & Benefits:

- Mileage pay rate of $0.974 per mile, split

- Hourly pay of $35.42 will be provided for enroute waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays

- Typical schedule is 4 days on, 3 days off

- 4,300 - 4,500 planned weekly miles

What to Expect:

As an XPO Team, youll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in 2023-2026 built sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as youll have access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means youll never have to wait at a customer site. A typical work week will consist of 4 days on the road, followed by 3 days of well-deserved time at home. Schedules may occasionally vary based on network conditions.

Do You Have What It Takes?

- Have a valid Class A commercial drivers license

- Must have 1 -3 months of experience

- Be a member of a pre-made team. We are only recruiting existing teams, and both team members must apply to this position

- Be at least 21 years of age

- Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass a company-paid DOT physical

- Possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements

- Not required to apply, but must be acquired

- XPO offers a $500 hazmat endorsement reimbursement, per driver
