Banking Administrator I

Job Title

This position consists of approving wires from 8 am - 1 pm PST and helping with other tasks as assigned/needed. The wire approver will work with a second wire approver to release 30-40 wires daily. Each wire requires dual approval and attention to detail in order to determine whether the wire should be released or sent back for edit. This position also requires time management and the ability to prioritize well. This position requires one to receive up to 50 emails a day and to keep track of the ones relevant to them. We are looking for a self-starter who is willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment. Onsite: Roseville, CA Part time: Monday - Friday 8am - 1pm PST

Job Responsibilities

• Processes all banking related activities between the bank and the escrow offices
• Prepares, coordinates and maintains opening/closing Escrow Accounts and manages the circulation and execution of all bank agreements/signature cards and validation of services and supplies ordered
• Performs a wide range of support functions to assist in departmental processes
• Follows clearly defined procedures to complete daily tasks and responsibilities
• Uses existing procedures to solve straightforward problems without the consistent need to exercise discretion
• Uses basic communication skills to address internal and/or external clients and/or team members
• Individual contributor working under direct supervision with little autonomy
• Performs all other duties as assigned by management

Education

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred

Experience

• Typically requires 0-2 years of related work experience

Pay Range & Benefits

$35,268.04 - $58,780.06 Annually

The base salary range provided is consistent with similar roles at the Company. The base salary range is not an absolute, but a guide, and actual offers will be based on the individual candidate's knowledge, skills, education, experience, location, market conditions, and other compensation components. Depending upon all of the preceding considerations, the base salary may be lower or higher than the stated range.
