Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health concerns through detailed evaluations and interviews, which will inform effective treatment planning. \n
- Facilitate individualized therapy sessions, utilizing various modalities—including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and solution-focused strategies—to support clients in achieving their therapeutic goals. \n
- Work collaboratively with clients to establish specific therapeutic objectives, continuously monitoring and adjusting treatment plans based on their progress. \n
- Offer teletherapy to clients who prefer virtual sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience while maintaining the highest standards of care. \n
- Maintain comprehensive and timely documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, upholding ethical standards in accordance with state regulations. \n
- Engage in regular peer consultation and supervision, contributing to a culture of collaborative learning and professional growth. \n
Our clients include individuals from diverse backgrounds facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n- \n
- A current and valid state license: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate the establishment of trusting relationships with clients. \n
- Empathy and a non-judgmental attitude towards clients' experiences and challenges, ensuring an open and welcoming atmosphere. \n
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities, allowing for effective caseload management and adherence to timelines for documentation and client follow-ups. \n
Experience in providing teletherapy is highly advantageous, along with familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure streamlined documentation and client management. Previous experience working within community health settings is valued, as is the ability to engage with clients from a variety of cultural backgrounds.

- A competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload. \n
