We’re looking for an Inside Sales & Customer Success Representative who enjoys talking with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right solutions for their lawns.

This is a high energy, phone based sales role where you’ll spend your day connecting with homeowners through phone calls, text messages, and email. Your success is rewarded through a competitive base salary plus performance based commissions. You’ll follow up on leads, educate customers about our services, recommend solutions based on their lawn’s needs, and help grow relationships with both new and existing customers.

What You’ll Do

• Follow up with company generated leads and convert inquiries into new Lawn Doctor customers.

• Contact existing customers through phone calls, text messages, and email to recommend additional services based on technician recommendations.

• Execute monthly sales campaigns by reaching out to targeted customer lists and promoting featured Lawn Doctor services.

• Educate homeowners on our residential lawn care services and recommend solutions that best fit their lawn’s needs.

• Build trust with customers by providing professional recommendations and outstanding service.

• Manage a high volume of customer interactions while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Document all customer communications and sales activity within our CRM.

• Collaborate with the Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from sale to service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a relationship focused role is preferred.

• Experience using CRM software is a plus.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
