Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for an in-person role for the 2026–2027 school year. Schedule: Full-Time, 5 days/week Pay: Up to $58/hour Start Date: August 2026 Location: In-person, greater Kansas City, MO area Role Focus: Coach and support school staff Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans (BIPs) Provide safety plans for students exhibiting aggressive/self-injurious behaviors Collaborate with Special Services Directors and multidisciplinary teams Set and support academic and behavioral goals Create teacher-friendly data collection systems Share weekly progress updates with teams and stakeholders Qualifications Must hold a valid BCBA MoProlicense in Missouri School-based experience preferred Strong interpersonal and data-driven decision-making skills Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Passionate about supporting students with diverse needs Benefits & Perks (for 0.8 FTE and higher) Paid sick leave 401(k) with employer match Reimbursements for licensing, CEUs, and professional costs Mileage reimbursement at IRS rate General and professional liability insurance No non-compete clauses Paid volunteer time and donation matching for nonprofit organizations Why Work With Us Ampersand Therapy was founded by therapists who understand what it’s like to be in your shoes.
