Production/Value Added Technician

divh2Value Add Technician/h2pThis employee works in any of the value-add positions including sorting, repack, organic, bagging, and tomato line, adding customer value to the product./ph3Essential Job Functions and Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliExhibit a sense of urgency to complete work in an efficient manner./liliRepack full cases of product into smaller/larger case sizes while performing quality checks on the product to assure customer satisfaction./liliSort and perform quality checks on products to be repacked into boxes or into bags./liliLoad product onto the production line and stack off cases./liliPalletize finished units of product onto a skid./liliPerform tomato culling if applicable./liliTrack and record data./liliPrint labels if necessary./liliQualify to and drive a fork truck or pallet jack if required./liliClean workstation, bagging area, and perform general cleanup as required./liliReceive training as assigned./liliWork together as a team and perform job duties to customer specifications./liliMiscellaneous other duties as assigned./li/ulh3Deliverables:/h3ulliFollow customer specifications to provide product quality Do it Right the First Time on Time./liliFollow all food safety, personnel safety, and quality assurance guidelines.
