Key Responsibilities\n

• Adhere to all organizational policies, procedures, and protocols in line with providing effective mental health services.

• Maintain an organized schedule and manage a full caseload while effectively triaging priorities to meet patients' needs in a high-volume setting.

• Conduct assessments and treatment planning while utilizing electronic medical records to track patient progress and adjust care strategies as necessary.

• Participate actively in team meetings and case discussions, contributing your insights for the collective improvement of patient care.

• Provide support and resources for clients navigating financial or social challenges related to their mental health.
\n
• Maintain updated certifications, including First Aid and CPR, ensuring compliance with local regulations and standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development to stay abreast of best practices, utilizing emerging therapies that enhance clinical outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of this role will be working with youth experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues. You will prioritize building strong therapeutic relationships that foster trust and openness, facilitating a supportive atmosphere for clients utilizing innovative therapeutic modalities catered to their unique needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid master's or doctorate degree in clinical psychology, counseling, or clinical social work from an accredited program.

• An independent license to practice in Oregon or the state where you reside, such as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
