Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dublin, OH, for an Insurance Account Manager - Personal Lines. The Account Manager will manage client accounts, handle personal lines insurance policies, and provide excellent customer service. Tasks include processing renewals, endorsements, and assisting clients with claims. Additionally, the role involves communicating with clients to assess their needs, making sales, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
