SUMMARY Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the community. Ensures that residents, guests, and team members have a positive impression of the community as it relates to cleanliness, orderliness, and safety. QUALIFICATIONS Experience cleaning in private or hospitality-based cleaning environments or equivalent experience and education. Ability to understand and operate cleaning equipment. Ability to work in a systematic fashion. Ability to effectively read, write and communicate in English. Ability to interact positively with others. Demonstrates caring and compassionate attitude. AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (including other duties as assigned by management) Vacuuming, mopping and sweeping floors Dusting common areas and apartments Scrubbing bathrooms and kitchens in apartments Cleaning elevators, restrooms and other common areas A luxury senior living Community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care services, all in a resort-style setting. #J-18808-Ljbffr
