Senior Project Manager / Hybrid in PhoenixA leading global IT services organization is seeking a Technical Project Manager for a contract opportunity based in Arizona, supporting large-scale software and enterprise modernization initiatives within a public sector environment. This role focuses on software delivery, vendor coordination, and governance across complex, high-visibility programs involving application development, digital transformation, and enterprise technology initiatives. This is not a traditional coordination-only PM role. The team is looking for a technically strong project leader who can work closely with engineering teams, translate technical concepts, and drive execution across ambiguous and fast-moving initiatives. You will act as a key connector between engineers, vendors, and state stakeholders, helping remove roadblocks, keep projects on track, and ensure successful delivery. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, operating in high-impact environments, and taking ownership of challenging initiatives where adaptability and critical thinking are essential. This role will require someone to work in their Downtown Phoenix office Tuesday-Thursday each week.
