What You’ll Be Doing Delivering parts to customers and developing relationships with them Picking up parts from vendors, ensuring stock room parts are accurately stocked, and maintaining inventory Focusing on safety while driving and delivering parts Serving as a NAPA Brand Ambassador during deliveries Building long-term customer relationships Maintaining the store delivery truck, adhering to safety checklists, keeping the vehicle clean, and performing basic maintenance (e.g., tire pressure) Performing other duties as needed This is the right opportunity if you Enjoy working independently, driving safely, and engaging face-to-face with customers Take pride in your work, focusing on safety and reliability Want to be part of a fast-moving environment and possibly find a second family within the company Are a student or retired and seek flexible scheduling What You’ll Need Ability to bend to floor-level shelves, reach upper shelves with a stool or ladder, stand, walk, and lift up to 60 lbs Handle cash transactions correctly and manage part returns Maintain a delivery log or tracking system Inspect and maintain company assets, merchandise, vehicles, and safety Clear speaking and attentive listening skills Ability to navigate using maps and directions Flexibility with schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Valid Driver’s License What Is In It For You Great team and brand Health benefits and 401K Stable, Fortune 200 company with a family-like culture Opportunities for career growth and development Interested in future opportunities?
