In this position, you'll work across accounting, cash management, and regulatory reporting while partnering with teams throughout the organization. The normal hours for this position are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with occasional after hours and weekend duty.

What You'll Do

• Reconcile daily customer payments, deposits, and cash transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Manage Lifeline program administration, compliance activities, reporting, and audit support.
• Monitor and analyze financial transactions while maintaining accurate records.
• Process journal entries and assist with account reconciliations.
• Research and resolve discrepancies, identifying solutions quickly and efficiently.
• Serve as a resource for internal teams regarding payment and cash receipt questions.
• Support administrative processes that help keep operations running smoothly.
• Contribute to a culture of safety, collaboration, innovation, and exceptional customer service.

What You'll Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Accounting, banking, finance, or related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial transactions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with computer applications and business systems.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
• Commitment to integrity, accuracy, and confidentiality.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.

Physical Requirements

• Sitting or standing for extended periods, walking, finger dexterity, feeling, repetitive motions, talking, hearing and visual acuity including close vision.
• Occasionally may be required to lift up to 20lbs.
• May be required occasionally to stoop, kneel or bend.
