Job Title: ServiceNow Architect

Location-Type: Hybrid, Greenwood Village, CO (4 days/week onsite, with potential to decrease to 2 days/week after ramp-up period of approximately 2 months; Fridays are work-from-home and 1/2 days)

Start Date: 2 weeks from verbal offer

Duration: Contract-to-Hire, 3-month contract with intent to convert

Compensation Range: $63/hr - $66/hr on W2

Job Description:
This role is responsible for owning ServiceNow end-to-end across the organization, translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and expanding the platform from an ITSM tool into a full Enterprise Service Delivery System.



Job Summary
• Architect and deploy ServiceNow at an enterprise level, taking full ownership of the platform end-to-end
• Identify, assess, and resolve existing workflow and automation gaps across the ServiceNow environment
• Design and implement solutions using Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Workflow Studio, scripting (Glide/JavaScript), and orchestration patterns to automate real business processes
• Translate business requirements gathered from stakeholders into actionable technical solutions
• Engage directly with vendors, internal teams, and business stakeholders to drive platform adoption and service delivery improvements
• Educate and guide stakeholders on ServiceNow capabilities while simultaneously learning the organization's business needs and industry context
• Present technical ideas and solutions clearly to non-technical audiences, including under stakeholder pressure



Minimum Requirements:
• Proven experience deploying ServiceNow at an enterprise level, including ITSM and workflow orchestration
• Hands-on proficiency with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Workflow Studio, Glide/JavaScript scripting, and orchestration patterns
• Demonstrated ability to identify platform issues independently and develop technical solutions without relying on technical direction from management
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present solutions to business stakeholders, actively listen, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
• Ability to own vendor relationships and product decisions for the ServiceNow platform
• Track record of stability in roles, with consistent tenure demonstrating commitment and follow-through



Preferred Qualifications:
• Prior experience in a Business Analyst capacity, bridging business and technical requirements
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
• Familiarity with expanding ServiceNow beyond ITSM into broader enterprise service delivery use cases
