Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $23.96 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Wed: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Thur: 10:00 PM - 06:00 AM Sat: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM Sun: 02:00 PM - 10:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and authorized contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to established site procedures. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and facility concerns. Monitor access points and verify credentials for personnel, visitors, and contractors in accordance with site access-control requirements. Complete accurate reports, patrol logs, and incident documentation, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. An active DoD Secret Clearance is required. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred. CPR/First Aid is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
