Learning Path ABA Services is actively looking for a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) in Grand Blanc, Michigan.

Work Setting: Clinic-Based & In-Home
Reports To: BCBA/Clinical Director

About Learning Path ABA Services

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, including FBAs, and skill-based assessments.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment plans and BIPs.
• Supervise and support RBTs/BTs in center-based and in-home settings
• Review data and monitor client progress to guide treatment decisions
• Provide caregiver training and collaborate with schools and community partners.
• Ensure documentation and services meet insurance requirements.
• Maintain compliance with BACB Ethics Code and Learning Path ABA Services policies .

Qualifications

• Active BCaBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, or related field
• Experience with or willingness to learn GHS/Medicaid processes.
• Strong communication, organization, and clinical skills.
