Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for an identified patient or patient group according to established standards and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; coordinate care with other disciplines.
- Collect relevant patient data, analyze assessment information, and develop an evidence-based plan of care.
- Implement the plan, coordinate care delivery, and promote a safe, healing environment; evaluate progress toward outcomes.
- Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team; provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning for continuity of care.
- Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of the healthcare team; perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements
- California Registered Nurse license (current) required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification from an approved vendor (per policy) required
- Hospital Fire and Life Safety (HLFS) training required
- Minimum two years of recent RN experience in the field
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
