Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Nursing, California Registered Nurse license, current BLS/AHA, ACLS/AHA, PALS certifications, and three (3) years of clinical nursing experience related to the clinical area of specialization, including at least one (1) year in management, supervisory, or leadership roles.
• Preferred Qualifications: Leadership experience in perioperative and endoscopy nursing, recent Epic experience, and skills in departmental performance management, budget management, patient care delivery, organizational compliance, staff education, resource utilization, professional development, collaboration, community relations, perioperative nursing, clinical nursing, and teamwork.
• Additional Information: The role requires overseeing hospital department performance, developing collaborative relationships within the hospital and community, and ensuring operational efficiency. Duties include managing staff, budgets, compliance, and fostering a positive work environment.
