We’re looking for motivated, dependable, and curious individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Customer Service Representatives . No previous repair experience is required! We’re willing to train the right person who brings a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to doing quality work.

Compensation:

$650 - $1,000 per week

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll combine customer interaction with practical, hands-on learning.

• Communicate with customers professionally, listen to their concerns, and understand their needs.

• Ask questions to identify problems and determine the appropriate next steps.

• Learn to diagnose common issues and follow established troubleshooting procedures.

• Receive training in approved repair techniques, tools, equipment, and service processes.

• Perform basic repair procedures as your skills develop and you are authorized to do so.

• Follow step-by-step instructions, safety guidelines, and quality standards.

• Document customer concerns, repair steps, and service results accurately.

• Work with experienced team members to resolve problems and improve your skills.

• Keep your work area organized and help ensure every job is completed carefully and correctly.

• Provide friendly, reliable service that leaves customers feeling informed and supported.
