Schedule: Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday

Assignment Details:

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week

Requirements:

• Active OT License in the state
• Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility preferred (New Graduates welcome; mentorship available)
• Strong documentation and time-management skills
• Flexible and collaborative mindset

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients in a skilled nursing facility
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team
• Complete documentation in compliance with facility standards
