The Opportunity We’re looking for a Financial Analyst who wants to go beyond reporting and become a true business partner to operations. This role offers the opportunity to drive cost insights, support strategic decision making, build financial models, and gain exposure to manufacturing finance and plant operations. What You’ll Do Analyze financial and operational data. Partner with plant leadership on cost drivers and profitability. Develop financial models and forecasts. Support budgeting processes. Identify cost saving opportunities. Assist with capital investment analysis. Deliver clear insights to leadership. What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. 2 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong Excel and analytical skills. Ability to translate data into business insights. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment. What Sets You Apart Curious and proactive mindset. Strong communicator.
