To support this momentum, we are excited to add an Attorney with expertise in business immigration to our team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity to work alongside industry-leading professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.The Managing Attorney will play a crucial role in CIP PC's success. You will lead a team of attorneys and paralegals, be responsible for client management, whilst retaining existing clients by fostering strong client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have significant expertise in immigration law, team success, and will embrace the opportunity to help grow the firm's practice. In addition, this role is responsible for managing a team, while having an eye towards excellent client service and top-quality legal work.What You'll Do:Prepare and file cases for acceptance and approval (all case types)Recommend options and strategy and implement recommendations without supervisionPerform client management of Enterprise clients and guiding these clients through processesManage, guide, and mentor team members, and support Partner with team managementReview marketing material and support Envoy/GIA sales and marketing initiativesPerform reporting/auditing dutiesPresent trainings and webinars to clients and potential clientsCommunicate law and policy updates to team/firmInterview and provide hiring recommendationsDemonstrate legal competenciesDemonstrate behavior in relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners (i.e. Envoy, vendors, etc.) that is professional, proactive, considerate, and accountableOther duties as assignedWhat You Bring:Juris Doctor (JD) degreeAdmittance to the State BarAt least 8 years of related experience; At least 5 years of experience at CIP, PCPrior team management experience requiredConsistently meets SLEs (Service Level Expectations)Expert level proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Fluency of the English language in both written and verbal forms; Bilingual a plus, but not requiredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills with the ability to gain rapport, foster relationships, and provide excellent dedication to exceptional client serviceDemonstrated strong attention to detail and consistent accuracy of workStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with competing demands and strict deadlinesAbility to contribute to a positive work environment and strong team moraleExcellent written and verbal English communication skills, including spelling and grammarStrategic mindset with the ability to drive growth and profitabilityExcellent leadership and team collaboration skillsCIP P.C. is a highly reputable business immigration law firm that focuses on offering its clients exceptional legal service and support, while ensuring a work-life balance for its employees.Please note, we may have multiple openings for this role, each of which may require experience with one or more case types.
