Position Summary

The Regional Facilities Manager (RFM) is responsible for ensuring that all The  SPRINGS Event Venues across assigned regions are maintained to the highest standards of beauty, safety, and functionality inspiring “WOW” moments for every guest and team member.
This role requires proactive leadership, organization, and clear communication with venue General Managers (GMs) and facility maintenance personnel to ensure all properties remain in excellent condition and align with company standards.

Location

This position will be Managing 3 of our locations in the DFW area to include: 

Weatherford, Alvarado, and Waxahachie .

 

Salary

$60K yearly / starting

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Oversight

• Hire with GM, train, assist, and advise Facility Maintenance (FM) personnel at each venue.
• Support and guide General Managers (GMs) and FM teams in areas of building maintenance, landscape care, and preventative upkeep.
• Visit each venue at least once per week , checking in and out with the GM and/or Wedding Specialist.
• Communicate in advance with GMs and the Facilities Director when a new project is scheduled to begin or when significant maintenance work will impact operations.
• Ensure full-day attendance at assigned venues unless pre-approved time off is granted.

  Facility Maintenance and Operations

• Oversee and assist with the maintenance and care of:
  • Building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, lighting, etc.)
  • Landscape systems (lawns, trees, plants, irrigation)
  • Utility systems and outdoor cleaning.
• Conduct monthly walkthrough inspections of all properties to ensure each is safe, functional, and visually appealing.
• Ensure event recovery and cleanup are completed properly after each event.
• Establish and monitor routine maintenance schedules for every venue.
• Stock, purchase, and manage necessary maintenance supplies, tools, and replacement materials.
• Assist with livestock care where applicable.
• Performs other duties assigned and any additional tasks necessary to support the team and operations

Vendor and Contract Management

• Negotiate, select, and oversee all regular maintenance contracts and service providers, including:
  • Fire systems inspections and suppression systems
  • Fire alarms and monitoring
  • Water testing services
  • MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) services
• Obtain a minimum of three competitive bids for all major contract services.
• Manage vendor relationships for wholesale suppliers (plants, mulch, fertilizer, pesticides, lawn equipment, etc.).
• Ensure all contracted work is completed on time, within budget, and to company standards.

Safety and Compliance

• Follow all company safety policies and ensure all maintenance personnel do the same.
• Ensure all employees wear and properly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) such as gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection
• Investigate and report all incidents or accidents, identifying root causes and corrective actions.
• Promote a culture of safety and accountability among all team members.

Communication and Collaboration

• Maintain consistent, open communication with the Facilities Director and General Managers .
• Participate in regular staff meetings led by GMs and contribute updates on maintenance progress and projects.
• Provide clear and timely updates on project status, maintenance schedules, and any potential delays or concerns.
• Foster teamwork and collaboration between the FM team and GM to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in facilities management, property maintenance, or a related field (event venues preferred).
• Strong knowledge of building systems, landscaping, and preventative maintenance programs.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage vendors, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly between venues.
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a hands-on approach.
