Hybrid Leasing & Occupancy Specialist for Affordable Housing

Maloney Properties seeks a Leasing & Occupancy Specialist to join the team in Wellesley, MA. You will process lease-up applications and resident recertifications, interviewing applicants remotely and on-site, with a 9:00am–5:00pm schedule and occasional evenings/weekends. The role offers a hybrid schedule with 2–3 days on-site in the Boston area; requires LIHTC/Section 8 knowledge, COS preferred, and proficiency in MS Office.
