Speedy Glass is currently hiring an experienced Auto Glass Technician in Anchorage at our Brayton Drive Location! We offer competitive salary range based on experience, along with a bonus structure, comprehensive benefits and 401(k) + Matching.

To welcome new team members, this role includes a $2,500 sign-on bonus. Specific terms and payout details will be discussed with candidates during the interview stage.

As an Auto Glass Technician, you will:

• Repair and replace auto glass through approved methods, tools, and techniques
• Perform ADAS recalibration as needed after windshield replacements
• Ensure equipment, materials and areas of operation comply with all regulations and requirements
• Ship and receive inventory, examine received inventory for quality control
• Provide exceptional customer service to every guest, every time
• Perform all other duties as assigned

You will need:

• Auto Glass Repair and Replacement Experience (1 year minimum)
• State issued Driver's license and clean driving record
• Physical Requirements: lifting and carrying up to 75 pounds occasionally 50 pounds often, standing, bending, long periods of time on your feet
