Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Registered Nurse to join our team. We are a concierge medical clinic which focuses on both preventative and restorative therapies by providing testing, education and treatment on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), Bio-Identical Hormone Restoration Therapy, Nutritional Medicine, Medical Weight Management, Testosterone Replacement Therapy, Platelet-Rich-Plasma (PRP) Injections, IV infusions and general primary care.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Following up with patients after their consultations with the providers.
• Conduct general primary care exams via telemedicine
• Provide detailed instruction on how to administer medications.
• Providing support to Mid-Level Practitioners and Physicians.
• Determines abnormal conditions by ordering diagnostic tests.
• Maintain client and employee privacy in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Maintain email communication with patients, vendors and co-workers daily
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of working areas, supplies, and equipment
• Check voicemails and return patient inquiries
• Explain treatment procedures to patients and provide follow up education
• Transmitting prescription refills as directed
• Build relationships with patients over the phone, through email, and web-based software

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Active RN license
• General Primary Care knowledge and experience preferred

• Comfort working in an administrative setting

• Self-Development, Medical Teamwork, Clinical Skills, IV Infusions, Platelet-Rich-Plasma (PRP injections), Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT), and Nutrition experience is preferred but not required; Training will be provided.
• Must be proficient with computer functions; Microsoft applications, EMR/EHR software
• Must be comfortable speaking on the phone and/or web app for telemedicine services.

Hours:

Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (with flexibility)

Full-time

Salary: $25.00- $31.00/hour
