Location: Davenport, Washington, United States
Travel assignment starting 09/08/2026 for 13 weeks
Weekly pay: $1,793 - $1,943 per week
Guaranteed hours: 32 per week
Shift: 4 days per week, typically 8 hours per day
Work setting: rehabilitation services with both outpatient and inpatient components (approximately 90% outpatient, 10% inpatient)

Responsibilities
- Assess patients to understand movement dysfunction and review medical history and referrals
- Diagnose movement limitations and develop individualized treatment plans to improve function and reduce pain
- Implement physical therapy interventions, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate
- Coach patients on therapeutic activities and home exercise programs; monitor progress and adjust plans of care
- Maintain thorough documentation of patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress
- Communicate progress to patients, families, and other members of the care team; maintain professional collaboration and confidentiality
- Coordinate with other rehabilitation professionals to optimize outcomes; participate in multidisciplinary discussions as needed

Requirements
- Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire
- Experience working directly with patients in long-term care or inpatient/outpatient settings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced rehabilitation environment and deliver patient-centered care
- Strong documentation, communication, and teamwork skills
