• Administrative Responsibilities:
• Program Support: Assist with health education, maintaining records, statistical reports, and follow-up programs.
• Collaboration: Participate in interdisciplinary care conferences, assist with referrals, and contribute to the development of clinical protocols and quality improvement programs.
• Organizational Responsibilities:
• Compliance: Follow organizational policies, attend meetings, and complete mandatory education. Maintain certifications and licenses.

Required Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Nursing and current RN license in Indiana. Successful completion of a nurse practitioner program and national certification. AGACNP - Adult Gerontology Acute Care NP certification required. Two years of clinical experience in a relevant area and a successful internship for new graduates (if applicable). Preferred: Master's degree in Nursing. Prescriptive Authority: Must obtain within six months of hire. Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Knowledge & Skills: In-depth understanding of practice standards, policies, and procedures. Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
