Position Overview

We're on the lookout for a skilled and empathetic Sonography / Ultrasound Technologist to become a pivotal member of a forward-thinking team of imaging specialists dedicated to delivering top-notch care. Description of Responsibilities

• Perform diverse ultrasound assessments, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during exams, articulating every procedure step with gentleness and clarity
• Work closely alongside radiologists and referring physicians to ensure the highest quality of diagnostic images
• Operate and maintain all imaging equipment, while promptly reporting any malfunctions
• Document procedures accurately and maintain comprehensive patient records in the electronic medical system
• Stay informed of the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Education Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or equivalent field
• Graduation from a CAAHEP-accredited sonography program is preferred

Certifications Required

• Must possess current certification from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or a similar body
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is desirable
