We are seeking an experienced Epic Resolute Professional Billing (RPB) Analyst with an active Epic Resolute Professional Billing (RPB) certification . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, configuring, maintaining, and optimizing the Epic Resolute PB application while supporting revenue cycle operations and ensuring efficient billing workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Active Epic Resolute Professional Billing (RPB) Certification (Mandatory)
• 3+ years of hands-on experience supporting Epic Resolute Professional Billing (RPB)
• Strong understanding of healthcare revenue cycle and professional billing workflows
• Experience configuring Epic billing applications in a healthcare environment
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional clinical and business teams

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, maintain, and optimize Epic Resolute Professional Billing (RPB) application functionality.
• Build and maintain billing workflows, charge capture, claims processing, reimbursement, and collections functionality.
• Configure billing rules, work queues, claim edits, reports, and interfaces supporting revenue cycle operations.
• Support system upgrades, enhancements, optimization initiatives, and new feature implementations.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Epic solutions.
• Troubleshoot application issues and provide timely production support.
• Collaborate with revenue cycle, operational, and technical teams to improve system performance and workflow efficiency.
• Perform application testing, validation, and documentation for new configurations and system changes.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and healthcare industry standards.
• Participate in go-live activities, system maintenance, and ongoing application support.
