What You'll Do

• Generate insurance quotes and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
• Sell auto, home, renters, and umbrella insurance products
• Build lasting relationships with customers and provide outstanding service
• Develop sales, prospecting, networking, and customer retention skills
• Learn performance metrics, sales strategies, and insurance agency fundamentals
• Gain exposure to marketing, leadership, recruiting, sales management, and business growth strategies
• Work toward established production and professional development goals

Year One: Training and Development

Qualifications

• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license required
• Life & Health license preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of sales or customer-facing experience
• Proven ability to work toward goals and achieve results
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to explain insurance coverages in a clear, customer-friendly manner
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Comfortable networking and developing new business opportunities
• Interest in professional development and long-term career growth
