Join our team as a Community Resources Coordinator to bring their passion for resident engagement to our this role you will act as a resource for residents in the creation of activities and organizations within the community.

• Compensation: Commensurate with experience starting at $18 hourly.

How you will make an impact

• Partner with residents in the planning promoting and coordinating of activities and events in the community
• Perform preliminary work for monthly calendars
• Facilitate communication regarding activities among residents and staff
• Create flyers for events; writing articles for community bulletins
• Arrange audio/visual equipment with vendors for presentations
• Serve as the information center for resident inquiries

What you will need

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in service-related roles including volunteer work or public service
• Previous experience working with senior citizens is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office particularly in Publisher PowerPoint Word and Excel
