Beauty Advisor
Brobston Group
The Beauty Advisor delivers exceptional customer service while building sales and lasting client relationships. This role represents the assigned beauty line, provides makeup and treatment consultations, and maintains a welcoming, well-merchandised counter. Responsibilities Achieve individual, vendor line, event, and department sales goals. Build customer relationships, provide consultations and product applications, close sales, and follow up with clients. Use clienteling tools to record customer information and preferences. Maintain counter cleanliness and merchandising standards while collaborating with team members and the Account Executive. Requirements At least one year of retail experience, preferably in customer-focused cosmetics. Demonstrated sales success, including exceeding quotas. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and use online clienteling tools. Professional makeup and treatment consultation and application skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
