Position: School-Based Physical Therapist Employment Type: Full-Time (W2 Hourly Contract) Contract Duration: Academic Year 2024-2025 Responsibilities: Provide physical therapy services to students in accordance with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and 504 plans. Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine students' needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' academic and functional goals. Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve students' motor skills, mobility, and independence. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and related paperwork. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to the development of prehensive educational plans. Qualifications: Master's or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Valid license to practice as a Physical Therapist in [Location].
